Supreme Court Term
Abstract
Professor Howard moderated this discussion among four law professors of the Supreme Court term thus far. They examined the major cases decided by the Court, including Internet decency and right to die, as well as the implications of the Court’s decisions. They also examined the differences among the justices on the Court in these decisions and what those differences mean.
