Rules for finding the angle contained between the courses.

1st. One meridian and one paralels the difference between both courses is the contained angle,

2nd. Two meridians and one paralel; the Sum of both Courses taken from 100 deg [?]eares the contained angle.

3rd One meridian and two paralels; the Sum of both courses is the cont. angle.

4th Two meridians and two paralels; the lesser Course and supplement of the great or is the contained angle.
