Begun in 2011 with our first International Property Rights Conference in China, the Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference Journal is published annually in both electronic and print format. A publication of the William & Mary Law School's Property Rights Project, the Journal provides a forum for scholarly debate on property rights issues. The Journal publishes papers presented at the annual Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference as well as other selected submissions in order to extend the debate about property rights to a wider audience. In 2019 the name of the journal was changed to Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Journal.
Additional materials from the Property Conference are available in a dedicated Property Conference events collection.
