Abstract
Center for Human Rights and Environment, Argentina: Created in 1999, the Center for Human Rights and Environment is a non-profit organization that aims to build a more harmonious relationship between the environment and people. CEDHA's work centers on promoting greater access to justice and guaranteeing human rights for victims of environmental degradation and the failure to engage in non-sustainable management of natural resources. CEDHA advocates the creation of inclusive public policies that promote socially and environmentally sustainable development through community participation, public interest litigation, strengthening democratic institutions, and building the capacity of key actors.
