China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Patent and Trademark Law Office in New York, USA
Abstract
I am excited to continue my work with CCPIT Patent and Trademark. The field of international patents, trademarks, and copyrights is a globally emerging field of law that will have a large impact on how companies "talk" with each other. I will work closely with the New York Branch executive, which means it is time to brush up on my Mandarin. Last summer I worked with business method patents; this summer I hope to work on the general aspects of PCTs (international patents). I also hope to dip into the field of trademarks and copyrights.
