Open Development Mekong in Myanmar
Abstract
Paul will spend this summer in Yangon, Myanmar doing legal research for a nonprofit called Open Development Mekong. Open Development provides an open source and open knowledge platform, seeking to change public perception about information and build demand for transparency throughout the Mekong Region.
