Description

In 1968 the Law School relocated to its new home in Marshall-Wythe Hall. This task involved moving the library from the basement of Bryan Hall to the new facility. Here, Law Librarian Anna Booth Johnson uses the new card catalog with two students. The card catalog was designed to hold all reference cards for the Law Library (up to 100,000 titles) and was located in the alcove of the main reading room.

A full description of the new facilities is available in the December 1968 News Letter.
