The 3rd Annual Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference was held on October 6-7, 2006 at the William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, VA.

The Conference, sponsored by the W&M Property Rights Project and the Institute of Bill of Rights Law, examined Professor James W. Ely Jr.'s work and its effects on the law of property rights, the treatment of property rights and the protections given to other rights under the Bill of Rights, and judicial responses to Kelo.
