<p>First published in 1609, <strong>Ferdinando Pulton's</strong> (1536–1618) treatise provides a discussion of offenses current with all the developments in criminal law in the latter half of the sixteenth century. Thorough and well-organized, it constituted a major addition to the literature of criminal law. This copy is on loan from a private library.</p>
